Questionnaire – caring for cats with kidney disease
Thank you for requesting this questionnaire. The questionnaire is aimed at owners of cats with chronic kidney disease (also referred to as chronic renal failure, renal insufficiency). As a thank you for completing this survey, you will be able to claim a complimentary electronic copy of the book ‘Caring for a cat with chronic kidney disease’ by Dr Sarah Caney (published 2011). Please only complete one questionnaire per household, picking the first eligible cat when listed alphabetically.
There are 35 questions and we estimate that completing the survey should take 15-20 minutes. Data acquired from this study will be analysed by Cat Professional. Depending on the strength of data received, we hope to publish the results in veterinary and owner magazines. The identity of individual responses will remain anonymous in data analysis and no personal details will be passed on to third parties. We hope that the data obtained through this survey will help us to advise veterinarians and owners on better care of cats with kidney disease.
